The Digital After Hours GP Clinic is available on Saturday and Sunday, from 9:00 am to 9:30 pm.
The Digital After Hours GP Clinic is only intended for emergency queries.
In other words, only if you think you need care immediately.
First of all, you will go through a brief questionnaire aimed at determining whether you do need care urgently. Your health insurance company reimburses the cost of a digital consultation from your basic insurance, and will not deduct it from your excess.

Online emergency consultation
Once you’ve started up the Digital After Hours GP Clinic, you must first answer a few questions. This will help us to determine whether you are in need of acute care. This is because we only attend to emergencies.

- Log in with DigiD.
- You will receive a text message.
- After that, the GP will contact you.
The GP may want to have a video call with you if they feel this is necessary, or refer you to the after hours GP clinic.


Logging in with your DigiD
The Digital After Hours GP Clinic makes use of DigiD through Spreekuur.nl. This helps to protect your personal and medical data.
Perhaps you do not yet have a DigiD, or require extra assistance with this.

If you have logged in previously and already have an account, then you can log in again using your e-mail address and password.
Your account will then be automatically linked to your DigiD. This means you can keep your own account and continue to have access to your data.
You will receive a text message as soon as the chat starts
If it appears that you need urgent care after you have answered the check questions, then you will usually receive a chat message from the GP within 30 minutes. It can sometimes take a little longer if things are very busy. That is why you receive a text message as soon as the GP starts up the chat.
Please turn on the text notification sound and keep your mobile phone within reach. This means you won’t have to keep a constant eye on the website.
Read the advice again later
You may not always manage to remember everything the GP has told you. Fortunately, the Digital After Hours GP Clinic enables you to review the GP's advice at a later time.
