Why do we have a Client Council?

The Client Council is a means by which we can ensure that care is and remains accessible, both for you and for us. We want you to be able to access care easily: by phone and digitally, but also when you visit the after hours GP clinic.

Naturally, we also feel that it is important for you to understand what happens during your visit, and for you to receive high-quality care.

That’s our commitment to you!

The best way for us to achieve this is together with you. Will you help us?

  1. You can do so by telling us how you think we can improve, or
  2. by asking us any questions you have.

This helps us to understand any difficulties you might be experiencing as a patient or visitor.

We'd like to hear from you!

When you ask us a question or tell us something, we can take this to the Management Board of Huisartsenposten Rijnmond. This is our role as Client Council: to communicate with the Board on your behalf, and to consult and collaborate with the Board to implement changes and improvements in health care. And that’s why we have a Client Council.
